Resolved, That the 81st General Convention direct the Standing Commission on Structure, Governance, Constitution, and Canons to study, and report to the 82nd General Convention, on:

1)  a structure for nominations for President and Vice President of the House of Deputies;

2)  a process that includes determination of qualifications;

3)  a process for recruitment of qualified deputies for nomination to each office; and

4)  changes to the Canons and/or Rules of Order of the House of Deputies that would be needed to implement any recommendations.
